Italy has been on #lockdown due to COVID-19 since last Wednesday. What do Italians do when stuck at home? Many of us cook and bake! So we put together this little bread making video. It is basically a very easy no-knead bread – one of many recipes available out there.

Please note that quantities are approximate. You can use more water for a stickier dough – the loaf will have bigger holes.
