The tomatoes in my garden are finally ripening, and when I don’t have enough, I walk across the road to our local farmerโs stand to bring home a basket of sweet, sun-ripened ones.
I use tomatoes almost every day in my cooking. When something is fresh and full of flavor, I believe simple is always best. This is what I love about Italian cooking.
