3 pieces of broad beans
2 pieces of snap peas
5 bunches of canola flower(or spinach)
a half of garlic
2 bunches of Italian parsley(or parsley)
proper amount of pure olive oil
proper amount of water
100g of pasta

●RECIPE

1.Clean sand out of clams.
Remove surface dirt from calms with water.
Soak the clams in salt water and cover it by cooking paper.Put it in refrigerator for remove dirt.

2.Prepare vegetables

Remove the beans from their outer pods. Remove the black part and peel it
Remove the string from snap peas and cut it to about 1cm size.
Cut broccoli into big bite-size pieces
Cut cherry tomatoes in half
Cut hard part from canola flower
Mince Italian parsley
Mash the garlic for garlic smell
Cut bacon into 1cm square size
Cut butter into 30g

3.Make source
Put pure olive oil, garlic and bacon into pan and stir-fry it. Take out garlic from pan once the garlic got browned. Put Italian parsley(half of integrates), petit tomatoes, calms, water(about one third of integrates) into pan and put lid on the pan. Once the calms opened, take out calms from pan.

4. Boil pasta and vegetables
Put 1.5l water to pot and put 15g salt. Boil pasta and vegetables(1-2min).

5. stir-fly pasta and vegetables
Put boiled vegetables, pasta and butter into pan(medium heat)
Put calms once the source got thickens.

6. Food presentation
serve pasta to the plate
sprinkle Italian parsley on the pasta
