INGREDIENTS
-6 tbsp butter
-1/2 cup cooking cream
-Zest of 2 lemons( no juice)
-4 tbsp water
-pepper & salt
– 12 ounces pasta
Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter, cooking creme, lemon zest, salt and pepper, stir together until the butter is melted. Turn off the heat and add pasta, toss together, stir in 1/4 cup or so of the starchy cooking water. Add parmesan cheese and serve.
