RECIPE
What do you need?
Lettuce
Chicory
Figs
Onions in oil
Fennel herbs
Olive oil
Lemon
Pepper & Salt
How to make it?
First cut wash the lettuce and the chicory and cut them small. Put the greens in a bowl. Cut the lemon and squeeze the juice over the salad. Cut the onions and the fennel herbs and add them to the salad as well. Put some pepper and salt into the salad. Mix the salad. Cut the figs in quarters and place them on top. You can add some Parmesan cookies on the salad or goat cheese find you want to have some cheese.
