Rigatoni was first made in Italy in the year 1930. The name Rigatoni is actually taken from Italian word term “rigati” used for lined or ridged and is related to the central and southern Italian cuisine.

Purple -sweet potato super powder
Deep purple – beet powder and blueberry
Pink – dragon fruit powder
Black -activated charcoal
White – cream and yogurt
