β–Ί8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Pearls (or mozzarella balls halved)
β–Ί1/2 cup Black Olives, pitted and sliced
β–Ί1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
β–Ί1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers, coarsely chopped
β–Ί1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped
β–Ί1 cup Italian Dressing

ITALIAN DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
β–ΊΒ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
β–Ί3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
β–Ί1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
β–Ί1 Tbsp mayonnaise
β–Ί1 tsp granulated sugar
