Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

The perfect soccer game day dip! Creamy, soft and delicious!
Ingredients
* 1 package (10 oz / 280 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed very dry
* 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) Artichoke Hearts, drained and roughly chopped
* 8 oz (225 g) Cream Cheese, softened
* ½ cup Sour Cream
* ¼ cup Mayonnaise
* ¾ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
* 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
* 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* ½ tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp lemon juice
**Prep spinach properly (important)
After thawing, squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a clean towel or paper towels. Wet spinach = watery dip.
**In a bowl combine:
* Cream cheese
* Sour cream
* Mayo
* Garlic
* Lemon juice
* Salt + pepper
Mix until smooth.
**Now Fold in:
* Spinach
* Chopped artichokes
* Parmesan
* ¾ cup mozzarella (save some for topping)
**Transfer to a baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and a little extra parmesan.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
**Broil 1–2 minutes for browned cheesy top
