Did you know that the most likely of the legends ๐ฌabout Carbonara’s creation comes from WWII? โ ๏ธ Back at that time in Rome โฒ๐๏ธ there was no food. The only available ingredients were the USA military supplies, consisting of bacon ๐ฅ and egg๐ฅ powder. The legend says that someone mixed them together creating the “pasta alla Carbonara!” ๐๐
