Spaghetti Bolognese
3 tbsp Oil
Beef Mince 250 grans
1 medium Onion, Chopped
2 tbsp Flour
1/2 cup Italian sauce
2 Tomatoes Chopped
1 tbsp chilli sauce
Chicken Stock Cube 1
Salt and Pepper 1 tsp each
Green coriander as required
500gm Spaghetti

Heat 2 tbsp oil and add the onion, sautΓ©, add ginger garlic paste sautΓ©, add mince and keep frying till colour changes. Add tomatoes, flour, stock cube, salt, pepper add tomatoes, salt and pepper and let cook. Now add chilli sauce and Italian sauce and cover. Lastly add green coriander.
In a separate pot Boil spaghetti in salty water. Drain when done.
Divide spaghetti in a large platter and ladle the mince sauce in the middle and serve hot.
