Antonia and her sister Maria emigrated from Campania to California as a young women, but they still continue with their Italian food traditions, including making pasta by hand. Here they are making fusilli and cavatelli with meatballs, helped by Rosalie, Alyssa and Crystal. Enjoy!
I filmed them when I visited Los Angeles last year – I am always interested in people’s experience of creating home and family abroad, and the role of food in that. The ingredients may have to change a little, but the motivation does not. 😊
