Restaurant ‘The Bridge’ at The Park Hotel, Kolkata pays tribute to the Italian MasterChef Antonio Carluccio. Rooftop Rannaghar was present there to experience the original ITALIAN taste of “Insalata di mozzarella di pomodoro con zest arancione” (tomato and mozzarella salad with orange rind) and “Gambo di agnello con riso al burro e asparagi” (lamb shank with buttered rice and asparagus), and ofcourse Rosemary chicken pizza.
