For foodies, whipping up a tasty & elegant Italian inspired dish is not as hard as you would think. Follow the steps in this recipe / tutorial and have fun creating a dish with your own signature.
We used the remaining garden tomatoes from our freezer, basil, package of pancetta, garlic, Italian dried herbs, kosher salt, black pepper, parmesan/Reggiano cheese and our favorite Rummo Linguine noodles.
The key is to cook down the tomatoes, remove skins and once you add your seasoning, remember as the sauce cooks down, flavors will become more intense…so wait till near the end to get your salt/sweet/acid level just right.
