2 Tablespoons Butter
Salt To Taste
White Pepper To Taste
Gremolata
1 Lemon’s Zest
10g Garlic
20g Fresh Italian Parsley
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Saffron Risotto
80ml White Wine
2L Chicken Stock
30g White Onions
100g Carnaroli or Arborio Rice
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
A Pinch of Saffron
