Today Tim reviews Antica Hirpinia Irpinia Falanghina from Italy. Get a little bit of citrus and lemongrass on the nose. A lot of that citrus upfront on the palate with a touch of minerality and a vibrant acidity on the finish. Good wine to transition out of Pinot Grigios and Sauvignon Blanc’s. Cheers!
