The third season of the OPENING series follows chefs Rob Rossi (OPENING: Bestellen) and Craig Harding (OPENING: Campagnolo) who recently fulfilled their life long dreams of building their own successful restaurant and now want to connect to their Italian roots by exploring the country and learning the basics of rustic Italian cooking.
Rob and Craig decide to take a much-needed break and seek out inspiration for new endeavors while on a rustic food tour across Italy. Their travels take them through Tuscany, Parma, Basilicata, and Treviso before arriving in Rome. There the two chefs demonstrate their skills and newfound techniques for an appreciative crowd of Roman foodies.
