The restaurants that Casey visits are usually well known among the vegan communities and other people in the region. While at each location, Casey has some fun in the kitchen recreating vegan specialties and interacting with the crowd in the dining room.
By showcasing the vast market of vegan food and eatery options, Casey hopes to promote the transition to a vegan lifestyle and prove how creative vegan food actually is.
Casey’s love for flavorful food and creative expertise has helped me smash vegan prejudices around the East Coast. She has a burning passion for getting America’s health back on track through a plant based diet.
