오래된 친구와 오랫만에 만나서, 어떤 와인을 마셔볼까 하다가 내가 한 참 머물렀던 #itri 지역에서 페트병에 술 받아 마시던 바로 그 #품종 #variety 인 체자네제를 골랐다.
We choose the same variety, cesanese which is Lazio’s local grape, I’ve been drinking in Itri with a little money bottled in the PET.
((가벼운 테이스팅노트))음 .. 테이블 와인으로는, 좀 강하다 싶다(14.5%). 걍 페트병와인이 테이블와인으론 더 낫구. 첫 노트는 카베르네쇼비뇽 느낌이 매우 강했는데, 시간을 두고 기다려보니 미네랄 특히 소금 맛도 향도 강했던 것은 좀 내려가고 단맛이 또 올라오네. 피니쉬나 중량감은 좀 아쉬웠고, 하지만 지역 품종, 지역 와인, 같은 품종의 다른 와인 이렇게 비교하는 것이 정말로 와인의 맛이지 싶다.
((very simple tasting note)) as for a table wine, it is a bit stronger for me. rather the cheap local village wine is better as a daily basis- the first scent is typical cabernet sauvignon and strong mineral smell – especially salt ones; and its taste is also salty very salty but a bit later with the air I can also taste sweet; finish doesn’t last long, however, I am always happy to compare same variety but different producers, different vintages- it is very local and they’ve been developing it with time.
레디슨블루 호텔은, 음 글로벌 호텔체인이라서 그런지, 메뉴에 일식이 두개나 있어서, 아쉬웠다. 뭐 떼르미니기차역 도보거리니, 국제적이어야하겠지. 다른 테이블의 손님들의 인적 구성이나 사용 언어도 흠… 곧 대한민국, 특히 서울도 이렇게 되겠지 싶다. 여튼 신기했던 로마의 마지막 저녁 식사 시간…
The hotel is so global that I can even find some Japanese dishes from its menu. It was for sure it is located very near Termini Station, guests are using different languages and soon it will be happening in Seoul, South Korea. The globe is THE one village- global citizens.
