  1. I've always known it a Pizzagaina.
    It's always made around Easter and then dissappears until next year.
    It's not only good but expensive to make.

  2. My mom made pizza rustica once when I was a kid. Took her most of a day. My dad, my sister, and I absolutely annihilated it in two. After that, Mom would only buy them from the Italian bakery.
