Ingredients
• 1 loaf focaccia bread
• 2–3 oz coppa
• 4 oz Italian mortadella
• 2–3 oz Italian salami trio
• 3 fresh mozzarella balls (from an 8 oz package), torn into pieces
• 1 large tomato, sliced
• Handful of arugula
For layering:
• 6 tbsp pesto (3 tbsp per side)
• Olive oil, for drizzling
• Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
• Flaky sea salt
• Black pepper
• Juice of ½ lemon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice the focaccia in half lengthwise, wrap it in foil, and place it in the oven for about 10 minutes, until warmed through.
2. Open the focaccia and return it to the oven, uncovered, for another 5–8 minutes, until lightly crisp on top.
3. Spread 3 tablespoons of pesto on each side of the bread and add the torn fresh mozzarella to the bottom half.
4. Start layering with the mortadella, folding it loosely for texture. Add the salami and then the coppa, slightly overlapping the slices.
5. Add the sliced tomatoes and season with a pinch of flaky salt and black pepper.
6. Add the arugula, then season lightly again with flaky salt and black pepper.
7. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the top, then finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
8. Close the sandwich, slice, and serve.

All very good, but it's just a pity that you didn't really have the decency or the commonsense to let us know what some of the less familiar ingredients you were using are.
Thank you!!!
In Italy we either use pesto or oil and we use one type of cold cuts per sandwich
Please only one cold cut… mixing things is like to put jam in a soup…
There is an order of flavors. Mixing things erases the features of a product that has not been created to be mixed but to be unique.
