Burrata is the luxury cheese born from scraps. In Italy, people eat this cheese the same day it’s made. If you don’t live in Italy, you’ll need a “burrata guy” in order to do that. Does anyone out there have a burrata guy? We need to know.

Would any of you try cantaloupe, papaya, peach, or mango flavored mild cheddar cheese in longhorn style? That's an idea I have unless it already exists. I had that idea when I made the "California Gold Mine" with slices of California grown cantaloupe, golden orange, large slice of Maradol papaya , color of a mango on the inside, not orange red, and slices of Golden California Brand mild cheddar in longhorn style, which no longer exists. I also sprinkled golden raisins on that dish and tastes oh, so delicious and kept me full for hours. Perfect for a snack if it suits your taste. Yes, that cantaloupe, papaya, mango, and peach have similar colors to the mild cheddar cheese.
I like a lotta barrata, prosciutto, Kalamata;
Balsamic glaze you’re welcome but honey, you’re non grata!
