This pizza would probably give an Italian a heart attack because in Japan they make it in a way no one expects first they pour the dough straight into a pan and cover it in sauce they sprinkle on the spices then actually pour oil into the pan so everything fries while it cooks they slide the pan into the oven and let the oil bubble under the crust and when they take it out they lay giant slices of cheese on top they put it back on the heat until it melts and turns into a perfect layer then they slice it like a regular Margarita except the bottom is crispy like fried bread and the top is straight up cheese heaven
