Pizza class!! How anybody can master homemade pizza 🍕
Pizza steel, douhj calcualtor, and all other pozza equipment at the link in my bio!
MY RECIPES 👇
3 day dough recipe:
PERCENTAGES:
Water 62%
Yeast .4%
Salt 2.5%
Olive Oil 3.3%
Sugar 2%
These percentages are based on the amount of Bread Flour used. (So if you use 1000g of bread flour, you’d add 620g (62%) of water, etc)
If you hate math like me, I HIGHLY recommend using my dough calculator! It’s free 🙂. Link in bio or visit Doughguy.co

Looks great!❤
That was way too burnt on the bottom (for me) and no pepperoni 🥺. Still looks decent though!
Well, ordinary oven doesn't make 550😂
Еду не выбрасывают! !
Potato and Egg pizza is my favorite. Bacon bits and parmesan on top. 😋
Did your smoke alarm go off? Or are you smart, like me, and disable it or cover it first?
I live by the "no matter how it looks, it's almost always going to taste good" mantra. I've made a few pizzas at home now and they never quite live up to my standards, because I'm in search of perfection, but I'm never disappointed if that makes any sense. It's always delicious, I always enjoy the process and the pizza, but I haven't yet mastered it so there's always something to improve.
Even my worst pizza, which kind of fell apart on the stone and was an absolute mess, was delicious because it's pretty hard to screw up bread, sauce, and cheese.
Bro knows ball fr
sauce first in canada . cheese last
We have tried EVERY pizza peel AND everything, flour, cornstarch and corn meal to get the pizza off the peel and it’s ALWAYS a shit show so we don’t even try anymore! Our pizza oven just sits and collects dust because EVERYBODY says their method for getting pizza off the peel works AND NONE DO!!!
What do you do with the semolina on the pizza steel after / in between pizzas?
Where’s the pepperoni
Olive oil was unnecessary
That pizza does look good.
Sure but how much did the metal pizza sheet pan cost? It looks and sounds like its expensive
Less than 5 bucks huh
Sauce on top of the cheese? Interesting.
Yum!
Sorry but who puts on the tomato sauce last?
You are an angel sir …. I can eat good pizza everyday
Does he have a restaurant yet?
Hi thanks for sharing. What is the wood at the end called ? I have a peel but I need a board to cut on
Convection or no?
“Here’s an easy recipe to follow at home! First, I make my own dough—“ 🙄 maaaannnn, gtfo.
The steel and an oven that can get above 500 is key
Sauce before cheese plz 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
My only complaint is the Diet Coke.
Just go all the way bro. Otherwise this is amazing and you’ve convinced me to buy more cooking stuff
theres thousands of pizza making videos, I don't think its really being "gatekept"
Looks delicious! Although, I wish you would have listed measurements for the dough rather than percentages.
god the pizza steel is such a clutch one, bc otherwise i wouldnt be cooking them at home as someone who's worked at plenty of pizza places. a must cop
I used to be a pizza chef at a flippin pizza. So here is some Pro tips:
Flour: when constructing the pizza crust, coat the dough on all sides well and when forming the crust, use an excessive amount of flour to make sure the dough does not stick
Thin spots: if you have large thin spots, poke the hole through and fold the dough over itself to seal
Peel: With a wooden peel use a lot of flower on the base before laying the dough skin down. If it gets sticky, lift up an end blow air under to try to loosen with a shaking motion
Weird….you put the sauce on last
With the amount of bloggers and tutorials out there…. I don’t agree that pizza making is gate held. Not at all.
By the time your done, I could have put a frozen pizza in the oven and started eating.
No flop jalops
I wanna make it
I want a kitchen big enough to make a pizza.
JESUS CHRIST BLESS🙏✝️
You did a wonderful job explaining making pizza at home. Thank you ♥️
Under $5 my ass
$119 usd plus tax and shipping for a $54 slab of carbon steel lol I’ll be heading down to my local metal supermarket and having them cut my own out for less than half the price, thanks for the idea 😂
I mean, this video is aight, it shows you how to make pizza and all, but I must point out that no regular houseld has these items. Lile, no one has pizza steel just laying around, nor do people have that giant thing that takes the pizza out of the oven. Hell, even the wooden pizza board is not something that people have, so I feel like that this video doesn't really show you how an average joe can make a pizza, just how you can generally make pizza
bro said it’s gate kept 😂 ppl are so bad at ts
