We break the practice down into three levels—starting with short, essential phrases and working our way up to advanced, complex sentences.

Set 3: Advanced deep-dive sentences (Complex orders, Special requests)

    Set 2 (Longer and More Challenging):

    Anna: Could I get a table by the window?

    Ben: I'd like the salmon with steamed vegetables please.

    Anna: What do you recommend for someone who's vegetarian?

    Ben: Is it possible to make this dish gluten-free?

    Anna: We're celebrating our anniversary tonight, do you have dessert?

    Ben: Excuse me, I think there's been a mistake here.

    Anna: Could we get some more time to decide?

    Ben: I'm allergic to nuts, is this dish safe?

    Anna: The food was absolutely delicious, compliments to the chef.

    Ben: Could you bring us the wine list please?

    Set 3 (Advanced Challenge):

    Ben: Hi, we have a reservation for four people under the name Johnson at seven thirty.

    Anna: I was wondering if you could tell me about the ingredients in this particular dish.

    Ben: We're in a bit of a hurry tonight, so could you recommend something quick?

    Anna: I'd like to start with the Caesar salad, but could you hold the anchovies and croutons?

    Ben: My friend here is celebrating her birthday, do you have any special desserts or surprises?

    Anna: Excuse me, but I ordered my steak medium rare and this seems to be well done.

    Ben: Could we possibly move to a quieter table since we're having an important business discussion?

    Anna: I'm trying to eat healthier, so what would be your lightest option on the menu tonight?

    Ben: We loved everything about our meal, and we'd like to leave a review online later.

    Anna: Is it possible to get half portions of two different entrees so we can share?
