  1. I appreciate you pointing out that despite how fast it is to cook a homemade pizza, it really does take a lot of time to get to the point where you can bake said pizza lol

    Which is funnier because it takes even LESS time to eat one 😊

  3. You are a great resource, Sam! I made enough for 7 dough balls and after two days of fermentation I threw them in plastic wrap and froze them. When I took them out they naturally sat in the fridge for two days. It’s an absolute game changer being able to freeze the dough balls so you can use them whenever you feel like having restaurant quality pizza at home. Keep hammering brotha!

  4. Want pizza after work? No worries. Just leave the dough out in the morning before you leave for work. When you come home immediately start the preheated oven. Unwind, relax, and and hour later you’re ready to start the pizza making process!
