You are a great resource, Sam! I made enough for 7 dough balls and after two days of fermentation I threw them in plastic wrap and froze them. When I took them out they naturally sat in the fridge for two days. It’s an absolute game changer being able to freeze the dough balls so you can use them whenever you feel like having restaurant quality pizza at home. Keep hammering brotha!
