Salmon and pasta together usually don’t work… let’s be real for a second. Most of the time it’s dry, broken, and just off. But this one? I’m not even gonna lie… this works. 🔥🐟

Salmon Feta Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
7 oz feta cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 handfuls fresh spinach
1 whole garlic bulb
2–3 tbsp pesto
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, and seasoning of choice
About 12 oz fettuccine pasta
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp fresh dill
Optional: chili flakes, oregano

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Season the salmon with Cajun or Creole seasoning (or your favorite), then add it to a baking dish with the feta, cherry tomatoes, whole garlic bulb, and spinach. Spoon pesto over the top, drizzle with olive oil, then season lightly.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and everything is soft and roasted.

While that cooks, boil your fettuccine in salted water until al dente, then drain.

Remove the tray from the oven, add the lemon zest and fresh dill, then squeeze out the roasted garlic. Mash everything together with a fork, breaking up the salmon and mixing it into the feta and tomatoes. Add the pasta and toss until creamy and coated.

Finish with chili flakes or oregano if you want. Simple, quick, and hits every time.

  2. I dare to challenge menon that. Learnednit from Gordon Ramsey, and I refuse to eat it any ither way. My family HATED fish espically my little sister I made salmon, it's the only time she'll eat. Making fish is like making egg for me personally. Don't touch it. I'll make it myself.
