🍲Simple Cutlet Recipe 🍽️
I made these cutlets with friends in mind who don’t enjoy spice, so this is a mild, non-spicy version. If you prefer something with more heat, you can easily find traditional Sri Lankan recipes with a wider range of spices and ingredients on youtube!
– 1 medium potato, boiled in salted water and peeled (adjust quantity if using a larger potato – I didn’t use it all)
– 2 canned tuna (in brine)
– 1/2 a red onion
– add lemon to taste
– add salt to taste
– add black pepper powder to taste
For the breading and frying
– 2 eggs whisked
– Bread crumbs
– Vegetable oil to deep fry
