Follow Jamie Oliver’s journey as he brings Jamie’s Italian 2.0 to life. In this new series, Jamie’s opening the doors to show the real story – the pressure, the lessons learned, and the serious graft it takes to build a restaurant from scratch.
Gary Eats reviewed this place and he thought it was very good. To know that there are places in the same area with menu items at a higher price and at a very poor quality is why I can see this restaurant succeeding if Jamie can keep the consistency.
Jamie and Gordon were the two chefs I referenced back in my late teens when I started home cooking. I know Jamie gets a lot of flak these days, maybe deservedly so, but I hope he succeeds at whatever he's trying to do. ❤I remember going to Jamie's restraunt in Russia, Saint-Petersburg 10~ years ago and eating a pumpkin lasagna there.
Seeing the ad thst brought me to this video actually made me fully respect jamie as a Chef. Iv only seen some of his content but nothing of his story. This is aspiring!
Love, Love, Love Jamie. Watch him cook every single day! He's truly gifted and such a caring person. He champions community in healthy and family-style foods and cooking.
Man's brilliant. Becoming quite distinguished looking with age as well. I've always wanted to make scrambled eggs and toast for him, my scrambled eggs are second to none, there's actually quite a skill to doing them right.
Well just don’t do what you did with the last jamies italians. The one that was in norwich was like frankie and bennies at twice the price. Its simple.. do decent food and don’t rip people off for frozen crap.
I love Jamie, he was and still is massive inspiration for me. But I think the food industry and his audience may have moved on. If he opened a pub or restaurant silently, without his name attached, it could work, but having him plastered all over it…I’m worried 😟
Congrats Jamie and co. Glad to see that you are giving it another go, sod the naysayers. We live and we learn. All of the good and great things you have done for those less fortunate has stood you in good stead. Hoping that this is your biggest success yet.
Your first shows inspired me with my dad as much as iron chef and Martin yan , I earned that I could keep stuff simple at home making great food as a kid for my family too . And your shows on health too thanks so much welcome back to the highs greet and good luck mate
Sometimes we need to experience strife in order to grow and develop new ideas. The Jamie Oliver I know about has had a stellar career attempting to do the right thing as a business person. That's not easy in a world built to obstruct good people, by the aholes who came before us.
I remember watching you a very long time ago, when you were very young, and your show was out of your home, and if I remember correctly your first child had been born. Loved it then, love it now! Good work Jamie.
Hey mate all the best- I went to the one in Sydney but wasn’t impressed with the menu. Culture and quality has moved a lot in recent years. Happy for you to charge a bit, but make the food tasty, hearty and generous. None of this micro herbs, style over substance rubbish.

When will the British taxpayer get back the £83,000,000 you owe us?

My son is coming over from New Zealand to train more in London as a chef. He has lived and and absorbed himself in Italy near Perugia as well.
He looks totally knackered 😆 So much energy, love and passion. Well done Jamie!

Mandatory passion sessions? It can't be easy to have a boss like that!
Jamie Oliver has a net worth of $200M-$300M USD, he's going to be fine.
I would love to work for Mr Jamie
oooohhh, yeah! The main man is back
If you are not behind the stove Jamie, why should I go?
Good job Jamie!

It’s worth another try, what’s the worst that can happen millions of pounds of debt, administration & hundreds of suppliers out of pocket again.
All the best for your continuing success Jamie. You started me cookng again after a very hard time. Much love to you ❤️
bravo Jamie
To the staff not shown in this video – the real engine – well done. 👑❤️
Really enjoyed Jamie's Italian restaurants in Sydney 11/10
