Ingredients:
โ€ข 1 cup pasta (penne or macaroni)
โ€ข 1 tbsp butter
โ€ข 1 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
โ€ข 1 cup milk
โ€ข 2 tbsp chopped onion
โ€ข 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
โ€ข 1 tsp corn flour
โ€ข 1 tsp chilli flakes
โ€ข 1 tsp oregano
โ€ข Salt to taste
โ€ข Water (for boiling pasta)

Recipe:
1. Boil pasta in salted water until soft. Drain and keep aside.
2. Heat a pan and add butter. Once it melts, add maida and sautรฉ for a few seconds on low flame.
3. Slowly add milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps and form a smooth white sauce.
4. Add chopped onion and capsicum. Mix well and cook for 1โ€“2 minutes.
5. Add corn flour (optional for thickness) and stir until the sauce becomes slightly creamy.
6. Season with chilli flakes, oregano, and salt. Mix everything well.
7. Add the boiled pasta and toss gently until it is fully coated with the creamy sauce.
