Casaro Fromagerie | The cheese shop that became the best Italian food in the city 🍕

Casaro Fromagerie, Vadodara, started as a cheese shop, became one of the best places to eat in the city. Glow up of the decade honestly.
We ordered the Mediterranean delight pizza, pesto burrata tomato bruschetta, and alfredo pasta, aur pehle quantity dekh ke khushi hui, phir ghabrahat. Do log, itna khana. Par taste aisa tha ki sab kha lia.

Pizza was outstanding. Fresh, well balanced, every bite had a dance of flavour. Bruschetta with burrata? The kind of thing you eat and immediately want to order again. Alfredo pasta was creamy, rich, and exactly what pasta should be. No notes.
Aur dessert. There’s always room for it. The tiramisu especially. Light, perfectly bitter, perfectly sweet, and honestly the best way to end a meal we were already too full for.

Obviously we finished it anyway.
