Continuing my way through the The New York Times Top 100 list with Barbuto, which was on last year’s list. I thought it was just good the first time so I came back and tried a few different dishes to switch things up, and honestly felt the same way. It’s solid, but in a city like New York City with so many incredible Italian restaurants, I feel like there are other spots that deserve a spot on the list more.

  1. I feel like considering parmesan as one of the cheeses in a multi-cheese pizza is cheating. That’s like calling dried parsley an ingredient.
