👉 INGREDIENTS
450g Italian sausage
230g stracchino cheese
bread

👉 METHOD

Let’s start by removing the casing from the sausage
Add the meat and cheese into a bowl and mix them with a fork.

Stracchino is a cow’s milk cheese from the northwest regions of Italy, it’s very soft with a delicious creamy texture.
You can switch it with some cream cheese and mozzarella if you can’t find it.
Slice some sourdough bread and spread it out with the filling. Don’t cut the bread too thick.

This is a super easy recipe and you can also add some veggies of your taste like bell peppers or mushrooms.

Now, place your crostini on a tray and bake them in the oven at 200°C for about 10 min
When you see a nice and juicy crust, it’s time to take the crostini out, add some black pepper and serve it hot!
