What a magical moment we had at the The St. Regis Venice last year for the Art of ITALICUS 2025 Aperitivo Challenge Italy national final, with Valerio Izzo from SHUB Sorrento winning the Italy Bar Artist title.

Valerio’s cocktail art HOUSE OF ITALICUS was inspired by the ancient art of hospitality in Southern Italian culture, where offering a glass of wine with peaches immersed in it is seen as the sweetest welcome one can imagine. A tribute to tradition, the Italian spirit and the generosity of those who open their homes and hearts. An art that cannot be learned, only lived.

Created by mixing ITALICUS Rosolio di Bergamotto with Percoche Champagne, and Percoca Peach Infused with Italicus, served in a highball over ice.
