  1. That looks delicious. I love the addition of olives and capers. What variety of olives would you recommend? What would you serve as a side dish? Have you ever tried Chef Paul Prudhommes "Salmon Magic" seasoning, it's delicious with all fish and seafood.

    You had sent me your recommendation for mackerel lures that I recommend that I could use here in Nova Scotia. I lost that information. Could you please let me again which lures of yours I should try. Thanks. Karen

  2. Ivo you sure have some wonderful recipes and a joy to watch but I'm waiting for the day you show up in the kitchen with your life vest or waders or go out on the boat with your chef's apron. Now that might get some likable views. 😄
