I eat at and review L’Artusi which is located in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of New York City. Since opening in 2008, the restaurant has remained one of the most popular spots for pasta and Italian cuisine in NYC. As a result, reservations for the establishment can be difficult to obtain. I had to find out if L’Artusi lived up to the hype.

  11. $27 for tagliatelle ragu is wild. Was in Bologna at end of February and it’s usually between €12 a €18 euros and no tip required.

That said Artusi definitely looks to get the quality bang on. Congrats on hitting 100k and avoiding clickbait vids to do it.

  14. Bravo James, another excellent video. I think you should open a channel shop and sell T shirts, challenge coins and coffee mugs. Or since you are such a reader, book marks!

  15. Congrats on the 100k, well deserved for your individual takes on lots of interesting restaurants. I even watch the steakhouse etc reviews where I wouldn't eat because you make them interesting and entertaining.

  16. Need to try the carpaccio next time! Italian living in Chicago almost impossible to find a restaurant that serves it… Congrats on 100k, stumbled across one of your video and loved it! I am agoraphobic so thank you for kind of taking me to all these places!

  17. James congratulations from the bottom of all of our hearts. You have indeed brought us into a world of cuisine that most of us would have never even known. And for the ones among us that have been fortunate to try a couple of your suggestions we have definitely benefited from your information. Thank you fine Sir. Salutations from San Antonio TX.

  18. I am not a foodie per say. I also work 14 hours a day. However, checking out your videos is a different pace and enjoyable. Congratulations on 100K subscribers. Keep it up James.

  19. Great video! If you have breakfast, lunch, and dinner in NYC one day money conscious and the next money is no issue, where would you go eat?
