They say every city in Italy is beautifulโ€ฆ but not every city hits the same ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น So I ranked them. Rome, Naples, Florence, Milan, Bolognaโ€ฆ some are unforgettable, some are overrated.

Do you agree with my ranking or am I about to start a war in the comments? ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ‘‡

  1. How would you rate Capri and Ischia? Not sure if I spelled them right. Autocorrect didnโ€™t say I was wrong or just didnโ€™t want to help me out. Used to be a decent speller but somehow declined over the years. I often question myself on words with El/Le, when doing Lax Times crossword. My husband and I had a nice time there, visited a couple of times with fellow coworkers.

  2. Naples: You feel so aliveโ€”

That IS one way to say youโ€™ve never been closer to death if you drive there xD๐Ÿ˜‚

  3. Absolutely agree about Pisa. The only interesting thing to see is an engineering mistake. The rest of the city has nothing to offer, really.

  4. Milan put me off Italy for a long time, I never saw so many beggars in my life, and I'd been to Paris and London. I still think about the poor naked lady covered in burns top to bottom.

  5. This is so difficult, I think you need to also define what you want from a city. Do you want to live there, do you want to date there, or are you just a tourist. For instance, I lived in Milan in the 80's. I considered it A and S then. I moved away and returned to Carnate in the 2000's, close enough to Milan. By then it was C Tier. Moved away and then returned to Treviso (BTW, S tier to live there,15 years ago). From there I visited Milan for work and it was D Tier and only because D is the lowest. I was shocked and for all intends and purposes, I did not even consider it Italy any more. But lets not get political, we all know what goes on.

  6. Last year i was in italy again on vacation and visited torino for the first time, absolutely love this city!

  7. Completely agree. Fun fact, in Bologna I have eaten the best and also the worst bolognese ragรบ. Would you believe that? When I was there I visited one place in the side alley and ragรบ there was horrible. Tasteless, underseasoned no good at all. But on the other hand, everywhere else it was orgasmic experience. I could spend my life eating only that ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€

  8. Shame full on behalf of fellow tourist!
    Bathing clothing and clip/claps๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜ต
    Honestly it's not home

  9. (S) Florence in November and early December. Venice in the dead of January (A) Turin always. (B+) Rome out of season. Milan. (B) Bologna, Bolzano, Verona, Brescia, Ferrara (B-) Vicenza, Trento, Ravenna (C) Reggio Emilia, Modena (D) Treviso (X) Naples – only on New Years Eve for the madness, or if you like exploring away from the centre and seeing another world… otherwise just too dirty.

  10. Seems a bit right on Milan, everyone I know from there told me not to go and head to bologna or Naples instead.
