Milo having written this when he was 12 makes a lot of this make much more sense. There’s a lot of stuff I wrote between the ages of 10-18 that I genuinely don’t think I’d ever be able to revise into something fit for public consumption. Not without far more work than it’s worth.
I know it can be hard to just give up on a world you’ve put so much effort into, but sometimes we need to just take an objective look, go “yeah, this isn’t working”, and move on.
