I can see in spring ,summer and early fall,not in torrential down pours either,and definitely not in winter,like the one we just had.But parking can be an issue there's hardly enough parking now,and lost space with scooters and bike stands,I don't think it would be practical
Why give up public space to private businesses? It's like everyone's memory is so short, rat issues exploded when we began doing outdoor dining and never went away.

Yes. As a pet owner who can’t leave it alone, this is the only way for us to eat out together.

I use to eat in Columbus Park in Chinatown. That was my outdoor dining.
