Ingredients:
1. 1lb Johnsonville Italian Sausage
2. 4 cups Mozzarella Cheese
3. 1 cup Onion (Diced)
4. ½ tsp Nutmeg
5. 15 oz. Ricotta Cheese
6. 1 cup Italian Style 4 Cheese Blend (Sam’s Club)
7. 1tsp Black Pepper
8. 3-4 Garlic Cloves
9. 32 oz. of Spaghetti Sauce or Marinara Sauce
10. 1 Pkg of oven ready Lasagna Sheets

Directions:

In a cast iron skillet brown Italian sausage until cooked through. Then add onion, garlic, and pepper cook until onion and garlic are tender. Add sauce and stir well, simmer to desired thickness.
In a bowl combine Ricotta cheese, 2 cups Mozzarella cheese and Italian style cheese along with ½ t. Nutmeg, Mix well.
Lightly oil the bottom of Dutch oven. Pour about 1-1 ½ cups of sauce mixture on bottom and spread evenly.
Place Lasagna sheets on to cover sauce then spread cheese mixture over to cover Lasagna sheets then more sauce to cover then cover with Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat for three more layers. For the final layer top with Lasagna sheets, remaining sauce, and top with Mozzarella and Italian cheese.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees covered
Cook with Briquettes (8 under and 16 on top)
Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes until the cheese sets up some. Then serve and enjoy.
