  1. Y'all are so dumb, there's nothing wrong with raw egg served in a restaurant, they pasteurize their eggs for safety or it would be illegal 😂 most of the other food is just as unsafe as a raw egg if you actually inspect it. Humans used to climb into trees and just shove raw eggs into our mouths thousands of years ago, unless you're a baby or elderly or have an immunity disease, you'll literally be fine, no healthy people have ever actually gotten sick from a raw egg yolk, you have to be sick already. Eggs are delicious, even raw, that's why every freaking animal on earth always eants to eat eggs and it's the most sought protein source besides meat. Such babies 😂 good luck surviving life if you can't defeat one raw PASTEURIZED egg. How tf do you eat anything? Everything that isn't made in your own kitchen is already contaminated with poison and bacteria, everything. Eating at restaurants is already an acceptance that you may get sick, the raw egg is the LEAST of your worries at a restaurant.

  2. As someone who has made carbonara, that def is not authentic, bet that's just normal ham too and not guanciale

  3. That's an uncomfortable amount of times they keep putting people's for in the center of that large cheese bowl, i would NOT wanna be the 8th person to have ordered that same dish 🤢. Which is not any "authentic" carbonara I've ever seen. This is pretty much click bait.
