🍝 Vendettas in Vail, Colorado – Is This the BEST Chicken Parm in All of Colorado? 🔥
I finally hit up Vendettas Italian Restaurant right in the heart of Vail Village, and wow… they might actually have the best Chicken Parm in the entire state! Crispy parmesan-encrusted chicken, rich marinara, gooey mozzarella — every bite was absolute perfection.
But the real showstopper? Their mussels in white wine and coconut cream sauce. These coconut mussels are seriously to die for — sweet, creamy, garlicky, with just the right kick of chili and pancetta. Hands down one of the best mussel dishes I’ve ever had in Colorado!
If you’re in Vail and craving Italian, this spot is a must. Classic vibes, killer food, and that perfect après-ski energy.
