The Italian island of Sardinia was an amazing place to visit. The beautiful scenery, incredible history and friendly people were joined with some truly awesome food. Here is a video of our sensational dinner at Il Ristorante del Convento, the restaurant at the city’s Convento San Giuseppe ( The ancient convent is now a restaurant and very popular wedding (and conference) venue. The Convento San Giuseppe in in Cagliari, the island’s largest and capital city.
I flew to Sardinia on Air Italy, from Los Angeles, via their hub in Milan.
