Hi Cory. For your dracena, it might be overwatering or not enough light. Some coffee grounds around the base could help her. You might need to repot her and start from fresh. Love your videos. Hope this helps.
I just saw the next part of video. Overwatering it seems really to be the problem. Take her out and repot it in new soil. NO promises, but it could save her.

Am și eu Dracena și din experienta îți spun că se poate înmulți prin butasi de 15 cm recoltați din vârful plantei, asa cum ai făcut deja, dar poți pune și segmente de tulpina trecute printr-un hormon de înrădăcinate (dacă ai) și apoi pui butasul într-un ghiveci cu pământ, și cam în 3-4 săptămâni apar și rădăcinile. Pe tulpina butasului vor apare niște mugurasi care vor creste și vor da frunze. Pentru mai multe detalii legate de îngrijire, udare, lumina, temperatura etc poți cauta pe internet.
De asemenea, dacă o sa crească prea inalta sau strâmbă, ca ea se duce după lumina, poți sa o tai și o sa dea lastari noi.
În alta ordine de idei, sincer îți spun că nu am mâncat pana acum sparanghel. Dar mi-ai făcut pofta cu tot ce ai gătit azi.

You overwatered it! Me as well killed 2 Draecena both during the winter I think, I watered them a bit too much and that spread through all the plant. Maybe you should put the curtains to the side and let some direkt sunlight onto the plants. The plant cut if its totally soft it will not survive, so throw it away..sad but true..😂 I got the Draecena nr.3 as a gift, and now im watering it less than before and it looks great🥰

I pull my plants out of their decorative containers (given your plant is in a nursery container) and water in the sink. Tedious, I know. I let the water go through completely, soaking roots, and let the water drain out before putting it back into decor container. This will help create deep strong roots and avoid water collecting at the bottom of the decorative container and not slow your soil to dry. Don’t water unless the soil is bone dry by checking with your finger. To save your plant, just put it in a sunny spot with direct light and let the soil dry out completely. Repot with new soil if there’s too much root damage. Good luck!
