TLDR: i made an my best pasta+chicken dish yet and im super proud so im sharing the recipe

This dish was F***king phenomonal, as a self taught home cook i've ALWAYS strived to imrpove with random stuff i whip up on a whim, this is one of those times, up til now i thought my lemon chicken alfredo recipe was my best, but this one outruns it by MILES. This tasted like genuine heaven, i ALWAYS critique how i can improve something ive made, but this time it was so good i dont think i could??? I dont like to gloat over myself a lot and i know thats what it looks like as my first post here but it was genuinely so good id expect it in a restaurant lol… my recipe may seem questionable but i assure you the result will not disappoint.

heres the recipe if anyones curious (listed the brands i used but i doubt it matters)

very saucy pasta)

  2. Start pasta in pot so ready for serving (if pasta finishes ((including the sauce)) before

th=e chicken just put a lid on your pot and stir ever 3-5m on minimum heat setting)

  1. Slice your chicken breasts into wide slices (cut width ways not length ways, slice thickness is about 1cm)

  2. Make the sauce

  3. Put sauce in the pan, Arrange chicken slices flat in the sauce

  4. Let chicken cook on 3 setting for 3m, then adjust to 4 for another 2m, then 5-6 for 3m,

and finally HIGH for 1-2m (this is how i did it with my stove, you can follow or just cook the chicken in the sauce until it is safe to eat.)

ASSEMBLE:

Take an oven safe dish

Put the cooked and sauced pasta into it and even it out

Lay the chicken slices flat along the pasta

Take the left over sauce the chicken cooked in the pan with and layer it ontop

of all the chicken slices

(You may eat it from here or do the additional steps below)

Layer cheese of choice over the chicken sauce

Put into oven until cheese around the edges starts bubbling

Take out, and serve.

Let me know how yours turns out and if you enjoyed it as much as i did.
