Holy smokes! I did not expect this to be this good. I know this is a novelty pizza, but it was one of my best (so I was told). 20″ NY style Chili Cheese Dog pizza. I shredded some 1/4 dinner franks from Costco. I used Hormel chili. IMO that is the best hot dog chili topping. Topped off with Mozzarella and Sharp Cheddar, onions and crushed Fritos! Par-baking the crust is the way to go for heavy. wet toppings. This seriously was so good!
