ฮฮ….again my dears….these ''atmospheric'' restaurants and food ,looks amazing ,Serbians [and not only] have a class…i like them…like EMIR KOSTOURITSA,,,top director ,you have to watch his movies..!!!.and GORAN BREGOVITS…top traditional musician,,!..the food there is ''heavier'' than in my country…but its way north—more cold clima,,,so i can understand…NICE VIDEO AGAIN//,,there is never something you dont like ???..warm greetings from GREECE
i also taste that pork in spit with skin, twice ,,in my country south near Kalamata…and it was awful,,,,skin was like shoe !!!
There is pizeria that has pizza with porck cracklings (cvarci) and many different combinations basiclay serbian breakfast but on pizza as a topping i forgot the name of the place and its location but i hope someone put in the comments the name and location of that pizza place.
This is proof if your friendly and intrested in the locals food and history andas then they defenetly return the favor tenfold

As a Greek i must admit that Serbian Food is underestimated. Good Quality of Meat and very good Cooks. When i passed by Car through Serbia, we made everytime a Stop at a Restaurant. You can eat great Dishes with Meat. Also my Feeling is that Serbians are very clean. This is the Base for good Kitchen and Cooking. Same i feel in Croatia but they have slighly different Kitchen. Serbia is a Secret Food Spot. And i have the feeling they cooks evolve and take ideas from all parts of the World.. I think also the the World Champion in Pizzza is from Serbia. I dont remember his Name. He has a Pizzeria in Belgrad.
