The series concludes with a look at dishes in Tom’s pub which are inspired by the cuisine of Italy. With meticulous attention to detail, the team prepare Wild Boar Lasagne with grated parmesan and truffle. Tom’s shows us the secret fridge drawers where ingredients for each dish are hidden and a rush of orders at lunchtime puts the chefs under intense pressure. Tom shows us how to make his tomato, olive and caper salad with a tonnato dressing, a pasta main course with sausage and fennel, and the most famous Italian dessert completes his menu; tiramisu served in individual pots.
