French onion flavor you love for an easy dinnertime win.
INGREDIENTS
1 ยผ lb thin sliced chicken breast
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
ยผ c. White wine
1 can (10.5oz) Campbellโs Condensed French Onion Soup
4-6 slices of mozzarella cheese
Mashed Potatoes
Chopped Parsley
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine flour and Italian seasoning on a plate. Season to taste. Pat chicken dry and coat with flour mixture.
2. Heat oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add chicken and cook, turning once until chicken is golden & cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
3. Add wine and soup to skillet, stir to combine. Add chicken back into the pan and simmer until heated through.
4. Top each piece of chicken with a slice of cheese and put the dish under the broiler until cheese is bubbling. Serve chicken and sauce over mashed potatoes with chopped parsley.
