You may be familiar with many famous Italian Operas such as Giuseppe Verdi’s “Nabucco”, “Requiem” and “Aida”, or Gioacchino Rossini’s “Il Barbiere di Siviglia” (The Barber of Seville). And what about Giacomo Puccini’s famous Italian Opera song “Nessun Dorma”? We will talk about all of these and more, as well as talk about whether Italians themselves like Italian Opera.
