Ingredients:
โข Pasta (any of your choice)
โข 1 tbsp oil
โข Lots of garlic (finely chopped ๐)
โข 1 onion (chopped)
โข Cherry tomatoes (handful)
โข Mushrooms (sliced)
โข Capsicum (chopped)
โข Fresh basil leaves
โข Salt & black pepper (to taste)
โข 1โ2 tbsp tomato ketchup
โข Chilli flakes & oregano
โข Cheese (optional)
For High Protein Cream:
โข Paneer
โข Milk
(Blend paneer + milk to make a creamy paste)
Method:
1. Boil pasta as per instructions and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add lots of garlic and sautรฉ till aromatic.
3. Add onions and cook until soft.
4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook till they turn soft & slightly mushy.
5. Now add mushrooms, capsicum & basil leaves cook everything well.
6. Add salt, black pepper & a little tomato ketchup, mix nicely.
7. Add boiled pasta and toss it well with the masala.
8. Pour in the homemade high-protein cream (paneer + milk paste).
9. Cook for 2โ3 minutes until creamy and well combined.
10. Finish with oregano, chilli flakes & cheese.
