Ingredients:
โ€ข Pasta (any of your choice)
โ€ข 1 tbsp oil
โ€ข Lots of garlic (finely chopped ๐Ÿ˜‹)
โ€ข 1 onion (chopped)
โ€ข Cherry tomatoes (handful)
โ€ข Mushrooms (sliced)
โ€ข Capsicum (chopped)
โ€ข Fresh basil leaves
โ€ข Salt & black pepper (to taste)
โ€ข 1โ€“2 tbsp tomato ketchup
โ€ข Chilli flakes & oregano
โ€ข Cheese (optional)

For High Protein Cream:
โ€ข Paneer
โ€ข Milk
(Blend paneer + milk to make a creamy paste)

Method:
1. Boil pasta as per instructions and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add lots of garlic and sautรฉ till aromatic.
3. Add onions and cook until soft.
4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook till they turn soft & slightly mushy.
5. Now add mushrooms, capsicum & basil leaves cook everything well.
6. Add salt, black pepper & a little tomato ketchup, mix nicely.
7. Add boiled pasta and toss it well with the masala.
8. Pour in the homemade high-protein cream (paneer + milk paste).
9. Cook for 2โ€“3 minutes until creamy and well combined.
10. Finish with oregano, chilli flakes & cheese.
